Jack Jersawitz was a civil rights leader and pro 9/11 advocate in Atlanta, Georgia. He hosted the public-access call-in shows Brainstorms and Telling It Like It Is. A self-proclaimed Marxist Activist, he took a heavy Far-Left Stance on his show, where he discussed his views. During his show, his arch nemesis, the #1 Caller frequently called into his show and harassed him during live television during every episode of Brainstorms.

While living in the UK, he appeared in the popular episode of Doctor Who, Robot playing Professor Kettlewell

He was well known during his time in Atlanta for his flatulence tactics in public meetings when things were not going in his favor.

Also a proponent of the elimination of weapons of mass destruction, in particular Freeze Ray

Yes, he does look like the penguin on Batman Part 2.

Biography

He  was born in 1934 in Brooklyn, NY and protested against all wars. He ran for Mayor in Atlanta Georgia and won several important lawsuits relating to civil liberties.
